We are providing service to people in Kota Kinabalu to buy IKEA’s Furnishing items in a hassle-free way.

Please Read:
Please expect around 3-4 weeks for items to reach Collection Place after closing date of each Shipment.
We do not include loading service to your private car at collection.
Kindly have someone to help you with loading, if you have big and/or heavy items.
Please also ensure that the items can fit into your car.

We are not responsible for items having minor cosmetics or any damages during delivery/loading/shipping etc.
IKEA products/items are mostly well packed in cardboard packaging and ready to be transported.
From loading to shipment, our agent will check for suitability for shipping.
I will always do my best to help you file complain and request for responsibility if needed.
(So far I am happy that there is no complain so far. )

We will inform you if any of your items is too fragile or not suitable to ship.
Otherwise, we will be able to ship almost every product/item of Ikea. ; from apple slicer to wardrobe cabinet.

If the item paid and choosed is OUT-OF-STOCK during picking time,
You may either request for Full refund of items or wait for re-stock arrival in future shipment.

Please always measure/check your items whether they are suitable for your place before confirming your order. You are not allow to amend order after confirmation/closing date/payment.
We seek your understanding to avoid delays of the shipment which include other orders.

3a) Out of stock item
Those item(s) that are highlighted in PINK in your quotation are products that are either low in stock or out of stock in IKEA store on the day when we quote.
The availability of the products can be checked online through IKEA’s own website.
Items may or may not get restock in time by the day we do the shopping run (buying of your items).
3b) so how? 
If you wish to proceed your order for the low stock item, you need to understand that it is beyond our control if the item runs out or has not been restocked in time.
We will inform you that the item is not available during our buying after our agents have send back the documents to us.
After which, you will let us know if you wish to cancel and get refund for the items or wish to follow-up the item in the next shipment.
*We allow free follow-up for next following shipment if item is out of stock. Following follow-up needed after 1 time will have extra charges of RM10.00 per follow-up for out of stock item. (Except packaged item such as parts of a wardrobe, we allow free follow-up even after following shipment)

 

4) Why are some items charged in higher price for the shipping and service? 
Kindly note that percentage is only a guideline.

Shipping&Service charges will include and depend on item’s size, weight, packing & labor needed, insurance cover, shipping cost, delivery etc..

Hence, price may differ if the item is huge in packaging size or if extra care and packing is needed when the item is fragile etc.
We will always quote our best price.
5) Promo/Sales/Offer in IKEA
Yes. Customer is entitled to enjoy offer if our open spree’s shopping date falls on the offer period.
Kindly understand that the shipping and service fee is charged according to the usual price NOT the offer price.
Do also note on the T&C for the offer item.
Some offers are only limited to 2pcs or 6pcs per IKEA member.
Hence, the offer will be enjoyed by the 1st 1 or 2 customer(s) that make payment first. Kindly note that placing order without payment will not secure the limited offer. Payment has to be made if you want to enjoy the limited offer.
Do also understand that the stock availability for offer item(s) often runs out due to high demand (as it’s on offer).
It is beyond our control if item is out of stock.

 

6) Can I order small item instead of furniture?

Yes, you may!
